Overview
yourai is a command-line tool that builds and runs your own private AI on your PC,
Mac, or Linux machine. It checks your hardware, recommends a model that fits, downloads it
(verified by checksum), and runs it with
llama.cpp.

- Guided — every question explains its options and marks the best one for your hardware as Recommended.
- Three ways to talk to it — terminal chat, a browser chat page, and an OpenAI-compatible API on
localhost. - More than chat — an agent that reads your files, vision models, and images, short videos, and speech, all local.
- Works offline — after the first download, no internet is needed.
