These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “EULA”) govern your access to and use of the YourAI mobile application and related services operated by BDTren (“we”, “us”, “Licensor”). By downloading, installing, creating an account, continuing as a guest, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License grant

Subject to these Terms, BDTren grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use YourAI on devices you own or control, solely for personal or internal use as permitted by the applicable app store rules (Apple App Store / Google Play). You may not rent, lease, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app except as expressly allowed by law or the store.

2. The service

YourAI lets you create AI assistants, download models to your device, chat locally, and optionally use cloud features (accounts, sync, training jobs, marketplace) and plugins such as web search. Features may change over time.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You may also use limited guest/offline features without an account where offered. Purchases of YourAI Plus require a signed-in YourAI account so we can link entitlements to you.

4. YourAI Plus — auto-renewable subscriptions

YourAI Plus is an optional paid subscription that removes ads and provides faster support priority, and may include other benefits described in the app (for example unlimited assistant creation).

YourAI Plus Monthly (plus_monthly) — auto-renewable, 1 month
YourAI Plus Yearly (plus_yearly) — auto-renewable, 1 year

Price

Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store / Google Play for your storefront and currency before you confirm purchase. Displayed amounts may vary by region and taxes.

Payment and renewal (Apple)

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current rate.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Payment and renewal (Google Play)

Payment is charged through your Google Play account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to Google Play’s subscription settings.
You can manage or cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer (except where allowed by law), or abuse our APIs or infrastructure
Upload content you do not have rights to, or that infringes others’ rights
Misrepresent AI outputs as verified professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)
Publish companion, romantic, or sexualized personas; sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)
Publish undisclosed medical, legal, or financial-advice personas as if they were licensed professionals

6. AI outputs and transparency

Assistant replies are generated by software and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. The app discloses that you are talking to an AI. On-device models and optional tools (including web search) do not guarantee correctness. You are responsible for how you use outputs.

7. Manual Teach & Train

Manual training (examples, prompt customization, local knowledge / RAG) is designed to keep training content on your device unless you explicitly sync or publish. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have rights to any examples, documents, or text you add.

8. Improvement Pipeline (Auto / BYOK)

Optional Auto / Improvement Pipeline features send prompts to a third-party AI provider using your own API key (bring your own key). YourAI does not sell or proxy commercial vendor keys. You alone are responsible for complying with that provider’s terms of service, including restrictions on using model outputs to train or fine-tune other models (“knowledge distillation”). OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google terms may prohibit such use; other providers (for example DeepSeek’s platform terms) may allow it — that is not a guarantee by YourAI. Large-scale systematic extraction is prohibited.

9. Community sharing

Community listings are limited to recipe/config-style packages (for example customized instructions or knowledge settings). Publishing fine-tuned weight adapters from SFT / PEFT / RLHF / PPO jobs to the public Community is not allowed — use private backup instead. Before publishing you must attest that you own or have rights to the content, that the package complies with Acceptable Use, that you scrubbed personal data, and that you indemnify BDTren against claims arising from your package. Submissions are reviewed and may be rejected or removed. We may take down packages that violate these Terms or third-party rights.

10. Base models and licenses

Downloaded base models remain subject to their own licenses and Acceptable Use Policies (for example Meta Llama or Google Gemma). Required attribution (such as “Built with Meta Llama”) and naming conventions may apply to derivatives. You must accept the model license before download where prompted. Weight fine-tuning may be disabled in-app for licenses that restrict it.

11. Client SDK

Developers integrating the YourAI client SDK must keep integrations local-first, disclose AI use to end users, and forbid illegal use cases under these Terms. Commercial SDK use may require a separate developer agreement.

12. Downloads, storage, and ads

Model downloads can be large and may use significant storage and network data. The free experience may include advertisements. YourAI Plus removes ads where the entitlement is active. Other in-app actions (such as watching rewarded ads) may still apply to free users where offered.

13. Intellectual property

The YourAI app, branding, and our server software are owned by BDTren or its licensors. Base models and third-party libraries remain subject to their own licenses. Content you create remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it as needed to provide the services you request (for example sync, review, or community listing).

14. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account where that option is available. Cancelling YourAI Plus stops future renewals but does not automatically delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, BDTren is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or device issues arising from model downloads or use. Creators of Community packages are responsible for their content; your indemnification obligations in §9 apply.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes to paid subscriptions will be communicated as required by applicable store policies and law.
