Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how BDTren (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the YourAI mobile app and related services at yourai.bdtren.com.
1. Information we collect
- Account data — email and authentication details when you sign up
- Optional sync — assistants and related metadata you choose to sync to our servers
- Community submissions — package metadata and artifacts you submit for review/listing
- Device and diagnostics — basic technical data needed to operate the app and improve reliability
- Advertising identifiers — when ads are shown, ad partners may collect device advertising IDs subject to their policies and your OS settings
2. On-device / Manual training (local-first)
Chat and model inference that run entirely on your device stay local unless you enable a feature that transmits data. Manual Teach & Train examples, local RAG knowledge, and similar training materials are designed to remain on your device. We do not use purely local Manual training content as a YourAI training corpus. If you publish a package to Community, content you include may leave the device for review and listing.
3. Improvement Pipeline (Auto / BYOK)
When you use Auto / Improvement Pipeline with your own API key, prompts leave your device and go to the provider you select (for example DeepSeek, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). YourAI does not store your API keys on our servers and does not retain those prompts as our training data. The provider’s own privacy policy applies to data they receive. Review their policy before connecting a key.
4. How we use information
- Provide accounts, email verification, password reset, and sync
- Operate optional training job APIs, marketplace review, and support
- Secure the service, prevent abuse, and fix bugs
- Show ads where the free experience includes advertising
- Communicate about the service when necessary (for example verification emails)
5. Sharing
We may share information with:
- Infrastructure providers that host our API and email delivery
- Advertising partners (for example Google Mobile Ads) when ads are displayed
- Authorities when required by law
- User-chosen Auto providers — only when you use BYOK features (see §3)
We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product.
6. Retention
We retain account and synced data while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period after account deletion, except where law requires longer retention. Local data remains on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect data in transit and on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children
YourAI is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Your choices
- Access or update account email via in-app profile flows where available
- Delete your account from Settings (when signed in)
- Limit ad tracking via your device settings
- Disable optional cloud, Auto, or search features you do not wish to use
- Email privacy requests to support@bdtren.com
10. International users
Servers may be located outside your country. By using the service you understand your information may be processed in countries with different data-protection rules. Hosted Auto providers may process data in their own regions under their policies.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy and will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
